Positive: Free parking was great, big parkplatz opposite. Other places we have stayed at in Schladming charge you for each day for parking. Also, the locked (ski) room for mountain bikes was good to have. Room (209) was very big and spacious.

Negative: Breakfast staff were a little rude. We didn't appreciate the rather grumpy questioning and almost disbelief of who we are and which room we were staying in - its as if we were trying to come in for a free breakfast as non-Hotel guests. Maybe they get alot of their camping guests coming in expecting a free breakfast so they are suspicious of guests also, but this is not the way to greet Hotel guests in the morning - I can suggest being more polite or getting a system that avoids this line of detailed questioning. We stay at alot of hotels and this was rather disappointing. Also, the room was extremely hot, and there is no air conditioning. We didn't expect it but, so not disappointed, but just to note it is not in the room (209) that we stayed in.
